Thanks for choosing Rankly! We're a Discord server listing platform that helps you discover awesome communities and promote your own servers. These simple Terms of Service explain how you can use our platform.
By using Rankly, you agree to follow these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay - just don't use our service.
We might update these terms occasionally to make things better or clearer. When we do, we'll let you know via email or a banner on the website at least 7 days beforehand.
1. Who Can Use Rankly
Age Requirements
You need to be at least 13 years old to use Rankly. If you're under 18, please get permission from your parent or guardian first.
Your Account
You log in using Discord. Please:
- •Provide accurate information
- •Keep your account secure
- •Tell us if someone accesses your account without permission
- •Remember - you're responsible for what happens on your account
One Account Rule
Please only create one account. Making multiple accounts to cheat votes, manipulate auctions, or bypass bans will get all your accounts permanently removed.
2. Credits - Our Reward System
What Are Credits?
Credits are Rankly's reward and currency system! You earn them by being active on our platform, and you can use them for cool features like bidding for featured spots, boosting your server, and unlocking premium features.
Types of Credits
🎁 Earned Credits
Get these by voting for servers, leaving reviews, and being active! These are rewards for helping our community grow.⏰ Expire after 90 days of no activity
✨ Session Credits
Bonus credits for daily logins and engaging with the platform! Think of these as daily rewards.⏰ Expire after 90 days of no activity
💳 Purchased Credits
Support your server's growth by purchasing credits. Perfect for serious server owners!♾️ Never expire
Buying Credits
When you buy credits:
- •Provide accurate payment information
- •You authorize the charge to your payment method
- •All purchases are final
We may refuse or cancel transactions that seem fraudulent or violate these Terms.
How Credits Are Spent
When you use credits, we automatically use them in this order: Earned Credits first, then Session Credits, and finally Purchased Credits. This way, you always get the most value!
3. Featured Spot Auctions
How Auctions Work
Every week, we run auctions for featured spots on our homepage! Auctions start Monday at 00:00 UTC and end Sunday at 23:59 UTC. The top 3 highest bids win featured placement for the next week. Your credits are held safely while the auction is running.
Bidding Rules
- •Bids are final! Once you place a bid, you can't take it back or change it
- •If someone outbids you, your credits are instantly refunded
- •If you win, credits are deducted and you get your featured spot!
- •No cheating! Fake bidding or trying to manipulate auctions will get you banned
- •We can cancel suspicious bids to keep things fair
What You're Getting
Winning an auction gets you a featured spot for visibility, but we can't guarantee specific results like member growth or votes. Results depend on your server's appeal and the community!

Rankly is provided "as is" - we do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but like any online service, we can't guarantee perfection.
We work hard to provide a great service, but please understand:
- →Sometimes the website might be down for maintenance or updates
- →We can't guarantee 100% uptime or that everything will be bug-free
- →Server listings and information are provided by users, so accuracy depends on them
- →We don't guarantee specific results from using our platform
Use Rankly at your own discretion. We're here to help promote Discord servers, but we can't control everything that happens on third-party servers you join through our platform.
6. Our Responsibility
Important Limits
We do our best to provide a great service, but we can't be held responsible for:
- •Lost profits or business opportunities
- •Lost data or content
- •Service interruptions or downtime
- •Issues with third-party Discord servers you join
If there's ever a problem, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 6 months. This keeps things fair for everyone!
7. Account Suspension & Closure

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, especially for things like cheating, fraud, or abusive behavior.
When Accounts Get Closed
We might suspend or close your account if you:
- •Break these Terms or our guidelines
- •Engage in fraud or abusive activities
- •Create multiple accounts to cheat
- •Have payment disputes
- •Don't use your account for over a year
What Happens When Closed
If your account is closed: you lose access, your data may be deleted, unused credits are forfeited, and active bids may be canceled.
Closing Your Own Account
Want to leave? Contact support@rankly.live. Just remember - account deletion is permanent and all your data will be gone forever!

9. Other Important Stuff
Complete Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy make up the complete agreement between you and Rankly.
Updates: We may update these Terms sometimes. When we do, we'll let you know!
Your Account: You can't transfer or sell your account to someone else.
Service Interruptions: Sometimes things happen beyond our control (like internet outages or technical issues). We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly!
Language: If these Terms are translated to other languages, the English version is the official one.
