Introduction
Welcome to Rankly ("we," "us," or "our"). Rankly operates a Discord server listing and promotion platform at rankly.live (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Service.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
1. Eligibility & Account
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old. Users aged 13-18 require parental or guardian permission.
One Account Policy
One account per user. Multiple accounts for manipulation or ban evasion results in permanent suspension.
Account Responsibilities
2. Credits & Virtual Currency
Credits are virtual units for platform features including advertising, server promotion, and premium features. Credits are NOT currency and hold NO monetary value outside the Rankly platform.
Earned Credits
From voting, reviews, and platform activities. Expire after 90 days of inactivity.
May be eligible for reward redemption subject to verification.
Platform Credits
From engagement. Expire after 90 days of inactivity.
Platform use only. Not eligible for redemption or bot purchases.
Purchased Credits
Acquired through payment. Never expire.
Platform use only. Non-refundable. Not redeemable.
CRITICAL: Credit Terms
Credit Usage Priority
Credits are deducted in order: Earned → Session → Purchased.
3. Advertising & Promotion
Rankly offers advertising and promotion services including real-time bidding (RTB) for ad placements. By using these services:
Ad Placement Terms
- •All ad purchases and bids are binding and final
- •Ad content must comply with our guidelines
- •We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement
- •Bid manipulation is strictly prohibited
No Guarantees
- •Advertising provides visibility, not guaranteed results
- •Member growth and engagement depend on your server
- •Impression and click metrics are estimates
4. Bot Partnership Program
Bot developers may participate in our partnership program to earn credits. The following terms apply strictly:
STRICT PROHIBITION: Self-Purchasing & Tier Manipulation
- ✗Bot developers purchasing their own bot's tiers or premium features is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- ✗Using alternate accounts, third parties, or any method to circumvent this rule is prohibited.
- ✗Artificially inflating tier purchases or credits through any means is prohibited.
- ✗Coordinating with others to manipulate bot statistics or earnings is prohibited.
CONSEQUENCE: Any violation will result in IMMEDIATE and PERMANENT nullification of ALL bot credits, termination from the partnership program, account suspension, and potential legal action.

Our Rights
- •Audit bot activity and transactions at any time
- •Withhold or reverse credits for suspicious activity
- •Terminate partnerships without notice for violations
5. Prohibited Conduct
Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account termination:
Fair Use Policy
To maintain a fair and trustworthy platform for everyone, we ask all users to use Rankly honestly and as intended. Misuse of platform features undermines the community we're building together.
Examples of prohibited activities include: payment disputes filed in bad faith, attempting to manipulate credit balances, creating multiple accounts for unfair advantages, or exploiting technical issues.
We use standard monitoring tools to detect unusual activity. If something seems off, we'll reach out to understand what happened before taking action.
Note: Violations of this policy may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits. Serious violations may be reported to payment processors.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- •No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- •No liability for lost profits or data
- •Total liability limited to fees paid in last 6 months
8. Account Termination
We May Terminate If You:
- •Violate these Terms or guidelines
- •Engage in fraud or abuse
- •Have unresolved payment disputes
- •Inactive for extended periods
Effect of Termination:
- •Immediate loss of account access
- •Forfeiture of ALL credits (no exceptions)
- •Data deletion per Privacy Policy
- •Permanent and irreversible

9. Compliance
AML Policy
We actively monitor for money laundering and financial crimes. We may request verification, suspend accounts, and report to authorities.

Payments processed via Stripe and Cryptomus. Subject to their terms and compliance requirements.
10. General
Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy + Refund Policy
Severability: Invalid provisions don't affect remaining terms
Assignment: You cannot transfer your account
Force Majeure: Not liable for circumstances beyond control
Language: English version prevails
